In order to solve the industry pain points of lagging quality control and late detection of hidden dangers in traditional precast concrete bridges, the beam yard project of the Phoenix Yellow River Bridge South Extension Project of China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau has applied a self-developed 7d concrete intelligent warning system, using AI algorithms and full process digital monitoring technology, to build a precise quality control system for precast small box girders and bulk concrete projects along the entire line, realizing the transformation of concrete quality from “28 day post acceptance” to “pre prediction and closed-loop”, and using digital technology to build a solid foundation for the quality of municipal key projects.
