[Abstract] This article explores the characteristics of commodity concrete production and quality control from the perspective of cement production.
Through the analysis of short process, multi-component, zero inventory, susceptibility, and timeliness of concrete, it is concluded that concrete, as a wet chemical reaction, has various properties in a dynamic process after mixing.
Therefore, quality control should focus on front-end process transformation and strengthen back-end performance prediction analysis, which is significantly different from cement production.
However, the two should learn from each other and provide innovative ideas for concrete quality control personnel, especially laying a foundation for cement enterprises to transform the thinking mode of practitioners in the concrete industry and achieve stable concrete quality.
