In response to common industry drawbacks such as unstable maintenance conditions and non-standard maintenance operations during the curing stage of test blocks, the Central Research Institute of Shanghai Construction Engineering Group has independently developed an “intelligent maintenance cabin” to build a complete digital control system for the process chain of sampling, warehousing, transportation, standard curing, and unloading.
Through the core architecture of “human cloud platform machine arm test block” four-dimensional real-time linkage interaction, the full process unmanned operation of concrete test block curing on the construction site has been achieved for the first time, providing an efficient, practical, and replicable intelligent solution for on-site material quality control.
